Transparent Pricing. No Surprises.
You should know exactly what you are paying and exactly what you are getting before you commit to anything. Here is how our pricing works.
Two costs. Nothing else.
There is an implementation fee to design and build your system. And a monthly licence fee to run it, maintain it, and support you on it.
No hidden fees. No per-module charges. No annual price increases buried in a contract.
Implementation Fee
$5,000 – $8,000
One time. Paid on project start.
What this covers:
The full process from free audit through to a live working system. Pain mapping, impact scoring, solution design, and your Phase 1 build. Everything from first conversation to go-live.
Where the price varies:
The fee depends on the complexity of your Phase 1 build. A two-module system for a 10-person team sits at the lower end. A four-module build with integrations for a 30-person team sits at the higher end. You will know your exact number before you commit — it is in the proposal that comes out of Stage 4.
Monthly Licence
$1,000 per month
Up to 10 users. Billed monthly.
What this covers:
Full access to your ERP system. Dedicated support technician. Monthly check-in call. All maintenance and updates. Your system stays current and supported without you having to think about it.
Additional users beyond 10 are available — contact us for details.
How we compare
Enterprise ERP platforms charge $30,000 to $150,000 for implementation alone — before a single monthly fee is paid. Year one total cost for a 10-user company on a leading enterprise platform typically runs between $50,000 and $136,000.
Our year one total for the same company: $17,000 to $20,000.
Same outcome. A system that runs your business properly. A fraction of the price.
Three things worth knowing
No lock-in
You are not signing a 12-month contract to access your own system. Month to month. Cancel anytime. We keep clients because the system works — not because they are contractually obligated to stay.
Phase 2 is always your choice
Your Phase 1 implementation covers your core system. When you are ready to expand — new modules, new integrations, new features — Phase 2 is scoped and priced as a separate project. You decide what gets built and when.
The free audit always comes first
We do not send a proposal without doing the audit first. The price you pay is based on what we actually found in your business — not a package we decided on before we met you.
